Ensure you are technically ready and have access to a computer and High-Speed Internet at home.

 

Summer session Virtual Schooling:

...is NOT recommended for students who are unable to commit 8-10 hours of study time per day.

You may only take 1 course at a time. GLC2O and CHV2O are half credit courses and count as one course. You may take both, as long as they are taken in different sessions.

Face to face mid-semester and final exams must be written at the Dr. Bette Stephenson Centre for Learning, Richmond Hill on the scheduled date[s]. Off-site proctoring will not be permitted.

Special Notes:

Note_1: The Virtual Schooling registration process is designed to support the online learning experience. The application is presented to applicants in a similar manner as the course content will be. Written instructions about the registration process are readily available on this site. After reading ALL significant pages of the registration process, if applicants have further questions that are not answered here, we encourage them to e-mail us. Priority is given to addressing e-mail queries, as it is the primary method of communication between the students, teachers and the Virtual Schooling administrative team.

Note_2: i-Phones, blackberries, or any other mobile devices alone do not constitute as being technically ready. Students must have access to a desktop and/or laptop computer to do their coursework.

Note_3: Face to face mid-semester and final exams MUST be written at the Dr. Bette Stephenson Centre for Learning, Richmond Hill, ON on the scheduled date [s]. Off-site proctoring will ONLY be permitted if you live beyond a 100KM radius from the School. During the summer session there will be no off-site exams permitted. Summer students must write their exams at Dr. Bette Stephenson Center for Learning, Richmond Hill, ON.
