Virtual Schooling in the York Region District School Board provides a variety of credit courses for students. Fully certified teachers will support students as they work through the courses to ensure that they can get the help that is needed for success in their studies. Collaborative work sessions, chat and email will allow students to work with other students in the course.

We provide students with an additional choice in their educational experience by learning online. Virtual Schooling does not replace traditional school programs in the York Region District School Board, but supports, extends and enhances instruction.

As well, Virtual Schooling provides students with a flexible approach to learning.
